You are sharing real information about your business; your vendors, your systems, your risk. This page explains, in plain terms, exactly what happens to it: what we collect, how it's stored, who can see it, and what we will never do with it.
1. What We Collect
We collect your answers to the assessment, and any documents you choose to upload for a paid audit.
We also research publicly available facts about your company automatically, your website, public listings like Crunchbase or LinkedIn, and review sites. That's the point: you shouldn't have to type in things a search engine already knows.
But we don't just quietly use what we find. Every fact our AI research turns up is shown back to you, along with its source and how confident we are in it, before it ever goes into your report. You confirm it or correct it. Nothing researched slips in behind your back.
2. How It Is Stored
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It lives in a secured, access-controlled system; not a shared drive, not an open folder.
Only the people and systems that need it to build your report can touch it. Nothing more.
We keep your data long enough to build, and if needed, regenerate your report. Ask us to delete it sooner, and we will.
3. Who Sees It, and When
Your free score is generated entirely by AI; we say so plainly, because you deserve to know.
For the $999 Strategic Report, a real human analyst reads it, corrects it, and signs their name to it before it ever reaches you. No strategic report goes out the door without that step.
Outside of the tools we use to actually build and deliver your report; our AI provider, our payment processor, our hosting infrastructure; nobody sees your information. Ever.
4. Your Data Never Trains a Model
What you submit is never used to train AILok, or any third-party AI model. It stays yours, used only to build your report.
5. Your Rights Over Your Data
Ask what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it, whenever you want. The moment you ask, we pull it out of every system we actively use.
The one honest exception: backup copies we keep for disaster recovery age out on their own schedule, usually within a set number of days, rather than us hunting them down one by one. After that, there's nothing of yours left anywhere.
6. We Do Not Sell Your Data
Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone. Your information exists for exactly one reason: building your report.
And no, we don't run the kind of ad tracking that some states count as “sharing” your data, either. There's nothing here to opt out of, because there's nothing happening.
7. Where We Stand on Compliance
We built AILok around the core privacy rights in California's CCPA; and we hold ourselves to that same bar in every US state, not just the ones that make us.
If you're visiting from the EU or UK, you get the same rights under GDPR: access, correction, deletion, take-your-data-with-you. Just ask.
One honest detail: your data is processed and stored on servers in the United States. Where the law requires it, we use standard contractual clauses to protect data that crosses the Atlantic to get here.
As AILok grows, this page will always tell you what's actually true not what sounds good.
